SECTION 23 – REFUND/RETURN POLICY

ELIGIBILITY

Item(s) that are unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed in the same condition received are eligible for a refund. To complete your return in-store, we require proof of purchase. 

Goods that are exempt from being returned include:

– Gift cards
– Custom orders
– Final sale/ Sale/ Clearance items
– Items with obvious signs of use.
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Duration + Expiration

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges + Store Credit

We no longer exchange items nor provide store credit. You may receive a refund for eligible items and repurchase another item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are based on the item’s refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send eligible items back for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. If an item can be repaired, we will repair the item and send it back free of charge. You have 30 days after purchasing to receive a refund. If you have any issues with your item, please contact us via the contact page, email, text, social media, or letter before returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 hrs.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 24 hrs. If not approved, you will be responsible for reshipment or collection of the item(s).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet,

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted to your account.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the original payment method.

How to Return Item(s)

Please contact us via the contact page, email, text, social media, or letter before returning the item(s). Please wait for confirmation that an item is eligible for a return. When confirmed, you can mail your product to: 812 S. Macomb St. Tallahassee FL, 32301 USA or bring it to a cashier in-store to 1205 S. Adams St. Tallahassee FL, 32301 USA during regular store operating hours. 

Please include a note with the following: name, email, order #, item, sku and desired return notes.

If an item is damaged or there is an error on our behalf, we will send a return label. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds and exchanges will be given within 24 hrs of an item’s receipt.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary ranging from 1-14 days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds are given after item inspection.

Forced returns are not accepted and will result in loss of both product and payment.

Note: Damages to items will be noted in the description as well as accompanied by pictures prior to purchase. They may have chipped parts, spots, or extraneous marks, but are nevertheless still useable.
