SECTION 23 – REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Item(s) that are unused, unworn, and unwashed in the same condition received are eligible for a refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Duration + Expiration
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are based on the item’s refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send it back for a full refund. If an item can be repaired, we will repair the item and send it back free of charge. Some custom orders are not subject to a refund. You have 30 days after purchasing to receive a refund. If you have any issues with your item, please contact us via the contact page, email, or letter before returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 hrs.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hrs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted to your account.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 812 S. Macomb St. Tallahassee FL, 32301 USA. If a replacement item is out of stock, you will receive a refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
How to Return/Exchange Item(s)

Please include a note with the following: name, email, order #, item, sku and desired return or exchange notes
If an item is damaged or there is an error on our behalf, we will send a return label. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds and exchanges will be given within 24 hrs of an item’s receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary ranging from 1-14 days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SECTION 24 – FINAL SALE
Items not eligible for a refund or exchange include: Clearance and/or sale items, custom orders with specific names or themes, including paintings, and damaged items. Note: Items are ONLY put on sale when they have been damaged. Damaged items will be noted in the ready to ship description as well as accompanied by pictures. They may have chipped parts, spots, or extraneous marks, but are nevertheless still useable.
