(TRANSPARENCY) Thankful for coffee and energy drinks to get me by. ☕☕☕ Super thankful for the people who cared enough to remind me that working hard is good, but I am still a human and when it starts to effect physical and mental health, should take time to rest. There can be unpleasant parts of running a business. I don't like disappointing or letting people down, especially customers, so I kept the train going... Package delays, blank delays, supply delays, lost packages, deaths, stolen products, dye changes, tie dye troubleshooting, tie dye goofs, pandemic, company product shortages, discontinued dyes, backorders, exchanges, huge orders, burn out, body shut downs, not asking for help when needed, taking on too many side projects....and then came the crash. 😅 Multiple crashes. ☔ Stressing every day > 🌦 work work work > 🌧 not sleeping every night > 🌧 not eating > 🌦work work work > 🌩crash > 🌦 work work work > 🌩🌩 harder crash > 😷 immune system compromised > 🌧 work work work > 🌩 insomnia develops > 🌧 work work work > 💥 crash (can't work) > 🌈 epiphany. This year has taught me that self care helps you complete tasks faster and sometimes you have to be ok with saying no or accepting that things may not be 100% perfect. The most important part is to check if your customers are happy 😊 Then you can develop a strategy to overcome pitfalls.✨
